The automatic hologram wide web soft embosser 1200mm is designed for laser holographic packaging. It can able to transfer the pattern which on the metal nickel plate onto the 12-200um films such as BOPP, PET or PVC and make them into electro-chemical aluminum laser grating film and transmission rainbow holographic films. It is easy to start working only by pressing one button instead of complex turn-on/off action, even reduce the waste of raw materials in processing. It can also decrease the percent of waster. If any problem such as the sensor break-off, short circuit, wind-rewind break or transmission trouble happened, the machine will alarm and stop running at once. The key parameter will be remembered by the machine if it is changed during the running of the machine, even comeback to the original state by pressing just one button. The machine includes embossing unit ,oil heating system, cooling system, air-source unit and electric control system.
